Salmon Steaks
Ingredients
- 2 bone-in salmon steaks
- Lemon, for serving
Marinade
- 3 cloves garlic (18g), sliced thin
- 1 inch ginger (15g), peeled and sliced thin
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tsp miso
Directions
- Puree marinade ingredients.
- Marinate the salmon steaks in plastic bag in fridge for 1 hour or more.
- Preheat the broiler for at least 5 minutes.
- For 1 inch steaks, broil 6 minutes on the first side and 5 to 6 minutes on the second side.
- Serve with lemon.
