Broiled Fish
Ingredients
- Fish fillet (1-2 inches thick)
- Seasoning rub
Directions
- Place oven rack a couple settings down from the top. Turn oven to broil on high. You'll want it to preheat for at least 5 minutes.
- Place oil on a baking sheet and put the fish on it, skin side down. Oil the top of the fish and apply the rub.
- Place fish in oven for around 5–7 minutes.

Look, this is really a vibes-based one, okay?
It seems to work fine with any fish, fatty or lean, although of course the timing will change based on thickness, etc.
